The MAPCU-MQA Higher Education Fair 2009 is jointly organized by the Malaysian Association of Private Colleges & Universities together with the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. This Fair will be held on 4th and 5th April 2009 (Saturday and Sunday) at PWTC to showcase a wide array of study options and educational services available.

This Fair is open to the public on 11:00am to 7:00pm daily and admission is free.

Exhibitors, from both local and foreign educational institutions will be taking up the floor space of 250 booths.

At this Fair, many educational institutions will showcase their wide range of courses and professional advice will be made available for school leavers to plan their educational pathways.

The MAPCU-MQA Higher Education Fair 2009 will provide options and opportunities for students to scout from courses ranging from diploma, certificate, degree, postgraduate, specialist courses, distance-learning/off campus programmes to twinning programmes and 3+0 foreign degree programmes to study in Malaysia and overseas, all under one roof.

Students and their parents will benefit from first-hand information provided by qualified representative from the respective educational institutions pertaining to subject entry requirements, course modules, course fees, accommodation and other relevant information.

Students seeking financial aid through scholarships can visit The MAPCU-MQA Higher Education Fund booths. Scholarships are offered covering diploma, certificate, degree, postgraduate, specialist courses, distance-learning/off campus programmes to twinning programmes and 3+0 foreign degree programmes from top leading local and foreign institutions.

To complements the exhibition and further assist students in making their choices, there will be Education and Career Talks. Renowned and experienced industry speakers from the relevant professions will present these talks. They will offer suggestions and enlighten students on what one might expect from their individual career choices. Some of the talks will include topics on ICT Related professions, Options after SPM, Engineering, Medicine, Financial Options for Higher Education and Allied Health Sciences.

Visitors will also stand a chance to participate in a Treasure Hunt contest and stand to win attractive prizes, which are sponsored by various participating institutions. The contest will be held throughout the 2-day fair.
